Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Brand Strategist to join the Global Marketing team at the Academy of Digital Industries. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies for target markets globally, across both online and offline platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.


Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage brand architecture that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Execute global brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning, including messaging and tone of voice, based on consumer personas.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and consumer insights.
  • Develop detailed consumer personas based on market research, business objectives, and product offerings to understand customer needs and motivations.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure brand health and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the evolution of the brand identity in each country, ensuring consistency with the global brand vision.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to assess brand equity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand performance and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for brand innovation and expansion to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including market researchers, design leads, partnership managers, and the sales department.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to global and country-level content teams.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand management or strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of design and visual elements in brand identity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the educational industry and global target markets.
  • Solid background in digital marketing.
