Role Overview

Are you a creative mastermind with a knack for crafting compelling digital content? Academy of Digital Industries is looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Content Manager to join our growing team in the UK division.
In this key role, you will be a pivotal member of the digital team, focusing on content strategy, planning, and execution while collaborating with the core team on global campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that our content aligns with organizational goals, resonates with target audiences, and effectively drives engagement and conversions.

Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines. This strategy should establish clear goals and metrics for success.

  • Build and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content across various digital platforms.

  • Prepare monthly content timelines.

  • Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with the potential to expand to additional channels in the future.

  • Work closely with the core team to develop and localize content for different markets, ensuring messaging consistency and cultural relevance.

  • Collaborate with other team members (Graphic Designer, Digital Marketer) to oversee the creation of visually compelling and multimedia-rich content assets.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless communication with the target audience and align marketing messages with sales communication.

  • Continuously monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, and conversions. Utilise these data-driven insights to formulate recommendations that optimise content strategy.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats. Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis.

  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Digital on the performance of the content marketing strategy and its alignment with company objectives.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Content Strategist.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of content strategy creation and execution.

  • Experience in content localization and adapting global campaigns to different markets.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices, such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Familiar with task management platforms (Monday.com, Trello, etc.).

  • Data-driven approach with experience in content analytics.

  • Strategic planning and excellent time management skills.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in video content creation is desirable but not mandatory.
