Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Digital Marketing team for the Georgian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital growth and will possess strong managerial skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Digital Marketing professionals, including content creators and advertisers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
- Provide reports to the core team.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Digital Marketing.
- Fluency in English & Georgian.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello).
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
