Role Overview
E-commerce drives business in the digital age. At ADI, we believe successful online selling is not just about products, it’s about creating experiences, building trust, and engaging customers.
We’re looking for a Mentor in E-commerce to lead workshops that go beyond theory and teach the craft of running online stores through practice. This role is for a seasoned professional who has managed real e-commerce projects and understands the fast-paced world of online sales, digital marketing, and user experience.
If you have a knack for building online stores, optimizing customer journeys, and can guide students to execute strategies with clarity, creativity, and results, we’d love to see your expertise in our course
Main Responsibilities
Share your experience and knowledge with passion, mentoring and guiding students throughout their learning journey.
Lead in-person and/or online sessions following a structured syllabus that balances theory, examples, and practical exercises.
Shape the course with your industry insights, including the latest trends in e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and conversion optimization.
Help students build strong portfolios through exercises, critiques, and real-world-inspired projects.
Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages feedback and growth.
Offer individual guidance and practical tips to help students improve their e-commerce management, marketing, and creative problem-solving skills.
Work closely with the Academy team to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
Stay up to date with evolving e-commerce trends, platforms, and tools.
Job requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce
Fluency in Georgian (the course will be delivered in this language)
Strong portfolio showcasing real-world e-commerce projects, campaigns, or optimizations
Experience mentoring, teaching, or leading teams is a big plus
Ability to clearly explain abstract concepts like conversion optimization, customer journey mapping, and digital sales strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and openness to feedback
