Role Overview

At ADI, design is more than decoration, it’s how we move people. It’s how we tell stories, build trust, and connect across cultures.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how ADI shows up in the world, with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

This role isn’t about just making things pretty. You’ll bring purpose and energy to every asset, especially across marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.


We want someone with bold visual taste, a strong sense of structure, and the ability to execute fast and with excellence.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and fellow designers to build impactful, scalable content that resonates across regions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact visuals for marketing: company logo, social media ads, carousels, stories, PDFs, presentations, email graphics, and more

  • Produce organic content

  • Translate briefs into strategic, on-brand layouts that perform — clearly and quickly

  • Balance speed with precision: design with rhythm, hierarchy, and great taste

  • Build scalable templates that increase efficiency without lowering quality

  • Contribute to our evolving brand system, keep pushing the visual bar higher

  • Be a key part of a fast-moving, international creative team

Job requirements

  • Strong communication skills. English is a big plus.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a portfolio that showcases:

    • Layout and composition skills

    • Creative storytelling

    • Social media design

    • Visual systems that hold up across channels

    • A high visual bar; you know how to design with clarity, confidence, and consistency

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Experience designing for both paid and organic channels.

  • Experience in Social Media ad design tailored to various platforms.

  • Strong skills in visual design, with a deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and the ability to create designs that are both clear and emotionally engaging.

  • Comfortable adapting design across formats (static, animated, performance-driven).

  • Proven ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality, especially in dynamic, collaborative environments.

  • A keen eye for detail and a high visual standard, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability over final deliverables.
