Role Overview
We are looking for seasoned industry experts with a proven track record in Brand Design, who are eager to share their expertise and insights to create impactful teaching and learning experiences for our students.
This role offers the unique opportunity to inspire and shape the next generation of brand designers, guiding them towards success and watching them flourish in their careers. If you are passionate about mentoring future talent and leaving a lasting impact on the field, this position is for you.
Main Responsibilities
Lead on-site workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and project-based learning.
Provide enthusiastic mentorship and share your knowledge through engaging interactions.
Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Lead workshops with active discussions and project-based learning.
Support and encourage students through their transformative journey, as they go through a life-changing experience.
Share industry tips, best practices, and valuable resources.
Motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
Use your success stories to guide and inspire future social media professionals.
- Adapt syllabus based on ADI vision, with 10 workshops of 2 hours duration each, covering topics such as:
Typesetting basics
Indesign
Logo story and case study
Brand identity and guidelines
Final project
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading companies or agencies, freelance projects with Top Companies.
Proficient in Georgian and strong communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about inspiring and impacting others' lives. Previous mentoring or teaching experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
An extensive portfolio showcasing professional experience in brand design.
In-depth knowledge of branding theory and practice.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
