Role Overview
Words matter. At ADI, we believe great copy doesn’t just sell, it connects, inspires, and builds trust.
We’re looking for a Lecturer in Copywriting to lead workshops that go beyond theory and teach the craft of writing through practice.
This role is for a seasoned professional who has worked on real campaigns and understands the fast-paced world of advertising, branding, and digital communication.
If you have a knack for storytelling, a deep understanding of tone and audience, and can guide students to write with clarity, creativity, and purpose, we’d love to see your voice in our Course.
Main Responsibilities
Share your experience and knowledge with passion, mentoring and guiding students throughout their learning journey.
Lead in-person and/or online sessions following a structured syllabus that balances theory, examples, and practical exercises.
Shape the course with your industry insights, including the latest trends in digital copy, advertising campaigns, UX writing, and brand storytelling.
Help students build strong portfolios through exercises, critiques, and real-world-inspired briefs.
Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages feedback and growth.
Offer individual guidance and practical tips to help students improve their writing and creative thinking.
Work closely with the academic team to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
Stay up to date with evolving digital communication trends and tools.
Job requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Copywriter, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
Proven track record of working on diverse campaigns across digital, print, branding, and social media.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and successful campaigns.
Experience mentoring, teaching, or leading creative teams is a big plus.
Ability to clearly explain abstract concepts like tone of voice, brand personality, and persuasive writing techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and openness to feedback.
Fluency in Georgian (the course will be delivered in this language).
