Role Overview 


We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Lecturer to lead our new course, "Digital Business for Everyone."
This role focuses on teaching the fundamentals of starting and managing digital businesses, with an emphasis on financial literacy.
You will guide students through the process of developing business plans, understanding market dynamics, and managing budgets effectively.


Main Responsibilities


  • Mentor and inspire students with your knowledge of Digital Business practices.
  • Lead hands-on workshops that cover Business Foundations and Financial Literacy.
  • Guide students in creating practical outputs, such as Business Plan Outlines, Financial Forecasts, Competitive Market Analyses, and Budget Management Spreadsheets.
  • Draw upon your real-world business experience to enrich the learning environment and ensure the course content is relevant and impactful.
  • Support and encourage students as they undergo a transformative learning journey.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow.
  • Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and supportive educational atmosphere.
  • Stay current with the latest development trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and methods into the syllabus.
  • Work closely with the academic team to ensure a seamless course experience.

Job requirements

  • Substantial experience in Digital Business, with a strong understanding of entrepreneurial skills and financial management.
  • Proficient in Czech (the course will be conducted in this language), and conversational English to interact with the rest of the company.
  • Experience in teaching or leading workshops related to business and finance.
  • Ability to support students by helping them understand concepts and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of people.
