Job description
About Academy of the Digital Industries
ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.
What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.
Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.
In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.
We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.
And we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
We’re not just teaching people to code, we’re helping them think like developers.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Lecturer who’s fluent in JavaScript, React, and modern web development, and who knows how to turn that knowledge into learning experiences that stick.
You’ll work closely with our course and community teams to design and deliver practical, project-based workshops that go beyond the basics. This is about building real skills, in real time, with real feedback. You’ll guide learners through the messy, exciting parts of development: debugging, problem-solving, and shipping something that works.
If you love clean code, collaborative learning, and seeing people grow through practice, we think you’ll feel right at home here.

Provide support and encouragement to students as they go through a life-changing experience.
Provide constructive feedback to students.
Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment for our students.
Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends and best practices and incorporate new technologies and best practices into the syllabus.
