Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced UI UX designer to take on the role of Lecturer at the Academy of Digital Industries Georgia. In this key role, you will work collaboratively within a Programme, Community & Course team, deploying specialist expertise to craft the workshops and to lead on the best teaching and learning experiences for the students.

Main Responsibilities

- Be passionate about providing mentorship, direction, and sharing your knowledge by interacting with students
- Lead on-site/online workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and project-based learning
- Bring the learning experience to life by building community and enhancing relevance by drawing on your own industry experience
- Provide support and encouragement to students as they go through a life-changing experience
- Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment for our students
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field and incorporate them into the program
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation

• 4+ years of proven experience in the field

• Proficient in Georgian

• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Methodologies

• An exceptional portfolio showcasing skills in UX and visual design

• Strong Communication Skills

• Great networking skills

• Able to work with a wide variety of people DESIRABLE but not required;

• Desirable Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills

• Experience in behaviour change research will be a plus

• Teaching Experience will be desirable
