Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional who currently works at a leading company and applies modern HR techniques and strategies in their day-to-day work.
Ideal candidate should also have knowledge or hands-on experience in integrating AI into HR processes.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about mentoring, eager to share real-life insights, and motivated to inspire and shape the next generation of HR professionals in Georgia.
Main Responsibilities
Share your HR knowledge and real-world experience by engaging with students in a supportive and inspiring manner.
Lead online or on-site workshops based on a detailed syllabus, emphasizing discussions and project-based learning.
Enrich the learning experience by connecting theoretical topics to your day-to-day work in the HR field.
Provide support, guidance, and encouragement as students grow both personally and professionally.
Foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, tools, and methodologies, and integrate them into your teaching.
Introduce students to the role of AI in HR and share practical tools or case studies where automation has enhanced HR practices.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience working in HR roles at leading companies
Strong understanding of modern HR systems and digital tools
Ideally, the candidate will have hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of how AI is applied in HR workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Previous mentorship or training experience is a plus, but not required
Proficient Georgian speaker
