Role Overview

We are seeking a strategically minded, execution-focused, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive measurable growth. This role is central to aligning the full marketing mix — from brand to demand — with our sales goals, ensuring marketing directly fuels business performance.

The ideal candidate will be experienced across the full marketing funnel, including website and CMS management, lead generation, email marketing and automation, social media and content creation, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and brand development.

A close and proactive collaboration with the Sales team is critical to success in this role, ensuring consistent messaging, lead quality, and target achievement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a results-oriented Marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, sales targets, and brand vision.

  • Own the full Marketing mix, from Website and CMS to Lead generation/performance Marketing, as well as Email Marketing and Automation, Social Media and Partnerships/Influencer Collaborations and Brand Positioning and Storytelling.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure lead quality, alignment on messaging, shared KPIs, and seamless campaign-to-sales handoff.

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels with measurable goals and clear attribution.

  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI, with a bias for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Digital Marketing professionals, including content creators and advertisers.

  • Monitor market and competitor activity to inform positioning, messaging, and creative innovation.

  • Own and optimize the marketing budget, balancing performance, brand investment, and long-term growth initiatives.

  • Report marketing performance and outcomes to the leadership team.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Fluency in English & Georgian with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong team leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as CRM, CMS, automation platforms, analytics tools, and project management systems (e.g., Monday, Trello).

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and marketing operations, with a strong grasp of both performance and brand tactics.

  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the education industry or with B2C digital platforms.

  • Background working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
