Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales professional who currently works at a leading company and applies modern sales techniques, CRM strategies, and digital tools in their daily work.
Ideal candidates should also have knowledge or hands-on experience in integrating AI and automation into sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about mentoring, eager to share real-life insights, and motivated to inspire and shape the next generation of sales professionals in Georgia.
Main Responsibilities
Share your sales expertise and real-world experience by engaging with students in a supportive and inspiring manner.
Lead online or on-site workshops based on a detailed syllabus, emphasizing discussions and project-based learning.
Teach students how to work effectively with modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho ) to track leads, manage pipelines, and boost performance.
Connect theoretical sales concepts to practical case studies from your own work experience.
Provide support, guidance, and encouragement as students grow both personally and professionally.
Foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest sales, CRM, and automation trends, and integrate them into your teaching.
Introduce students to the role of AI in sales, including lead scoring, predictive analytics, and personalized outreach tools.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience working in Sales roles at leading companies.
Proficient in Georgian .
Proven expertise in CRM systems (setup, optimization, reporting).
Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and digital sales tools.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes – including key decision-makers, target audiences, and all stages of the sales funnel.
Negotiation and Closing techniques – both in online and face-to-face communication.
Customer Journey Mapping – analyzing the customer’s path from first contact to retention.
Data-driven Sales – sales analytics, KPI setting, and performance monitoring.
Upselling and Cross-selling – identifying and leveraging opportunities for additional sales.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of how AI and automation are applied in sales workflows (e.g., lead scoring, predictive analytics, personalization).
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Previous mentorship or training experience is a plus, but not required.
