Main Responsibilities

• Lead on-site workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and project-based learning.

• Provide enthusiastic mentorship and share your knowledge through engaging interactions.

• Equip Syllabus with Social Media Strategy and Planning, Content Creation and Curation, Social Media Analytics and Reporting

• Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.

• Lead workshops with active discussions and project-based learning.

• Support and encourage students through their transformative journey.

• Share industry tips, best practices, and valuable resources.

• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.

• Use your success stories to guide and inspire future social media professionals.

• A great career with extensive experience in social media management (4+ years).

• Proficient in Georgian

• Proven experience in marketing agency.

• Passionate about inspiring and impacting others' lives.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong Community presence.

• Previous mentoring or teaching experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
