Role Overview

We’re seeking a Content Creation Mentor with hands-on expertise in video production, lighting, and editing to teach our students and infuse their training with real day-to-day industry know-how.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with professional equipment as well as mobile-friendly editing tools.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about mentoring, eager to share real-life insights, and motivated to inspire and shape the next generation of content creators in Georgia. As a mentor, you will teach students through practical workshops, live demos, and one-to-one guidance, providing constructive feedback and helping them build portfolio-ready projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Teach students the technical aspects of video production, including camera setup, framing, and shot composition.

• Provide hands-on guidance on studio and natural lighting to ensure professional-quality shoots.

• Introduce students to editing fundamentals using industry-standard software as well as mobile-friendly editing apps.

• Conduct on-site workshops based on a detailed syllabus, with a strong focus on practical, project-based learning.

• Share real-world examples and case studies from your professional experience.

• Encourage creativity while emphasizing technical precision in content creation.

• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• 3+ years of professional experience in video shooting, lighting, and editing.

• Proficiency in Georgian with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong technical knowledge of professional equipment and editing tools.

• Portfolio of previous video/content creation projects.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
