Role Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating dynamic animations and high-quality video content tailored for multiple platforms, ensuring ADI’s visual storytelling remains innovative and engaging.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and educational content.

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Create content in multiple formats to meet platform-specific requirements.

  • Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

  • Integrate motion elements into broader design systems using Figma.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.

  • Strong English communication skills (Russian/Georgian is a plus).

  • Experience working on a virtual/global team is preferred.

  • Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D).

  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Experience creating content for various social media platforms.

  • Knowledge of Figma and the ability to integrate motion into design systems.

  • Ability to develop storyboards and visualize motion concepts.

  • Operate with minimal supervision.
