Job description
About Academy of the Digital Industries
ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.
What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.
Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.
In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.
We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.
And we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
As Web Product Manager at ADI, you will own the end-to-end development and evolution of our website as a core growth and business asset. This is not a purely technical role, nor purely strategic, it sits at the intersection of product, growth, and execution.
You will be responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and ensuring it gets delivered at speed and quality. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into clear product priorities, and lead developers to bring those to life.
This role requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to move fast in an evolving environment, and comfort operating without fully defined structures. You will identify opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve the website as a key driver of student acquisition and revenue. You won’t wait for instructions; you will define direction, align stakeholders, and make things happen.
Main Responsibilities
Own the website as a core business asset, ensuring it supports student acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Define and prioritize the website roadmap based on business needs, data, and growth opportunities.
Translate marketing and sales requirements into clear product specifications and actionable tasks for developers.
Lead and coordinate developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
Continuously optimize the website for conversion (CRO), user experience, and performance.
Identify bottlenecks, technical limitations, and operational inefficiencies, and proactively drive solutions.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution.
Own the implementation and evolution of landing pages, funnels, and key user journeys.
Own the multi-language structure of the website, ensuring consistency across global and local versions, while enabling local teams to adapt content and flows to their specific market needs within defined guidelines.
Lead and oversee the integration of the website with payment systems, including local banking providers (particularly for the Georgian market), ensuring reliability, compliance, and a smooth user experience.
Monitor website performance and key metrics (traffic, conversion, drop-offs), and iterate quickly based on insights.
Ensure proper integration of tools and systems (analytics, CRM, tracking, SEO etc.).
Drive fast experimentation and testing (A/B tests, new flows, messaging) to improve results.
Maintain a hands-on, execution-focused approach, pushing initiatives forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
Job requirements
+4 years of proven experience managing and delivering web products end-to-end (from idea to launch and iteration).
Strong understanding of website development processes (front-end, back-end basics, integrations), without needing to code.
Experience working with developers and managing their workload, priorities, and delivery.
Solid understanding of conversion, user experience, and growth (CRO mindset).
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable tasks.
Experience working closely with Marketing and Sales teams in a growth-driven environment.
Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance and making decisions based on metrics.
Strong ownership and execution mindset: ability to move fast and get things done without continual direct supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with changing priorities.
Strong English communication skills able to align different stakeholders and drive decisions.
Nice to have
Experience with tools like GA4, GTM, CRM systems, and A/B testing tools
Background in D2C, edtech, or performance-driven environments
Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS/JS or CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
