Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Recruiter, eager to advance their career in Human Resources at an international company. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a significant contribution to hiring efforts around the globe, this opportunity is waiting for you!
Main Responsibilities
Write and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
Actively source for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
Conduct research on new markets to identify the best platforms for job postings
Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Keep candidates updated about the selection process
Keep the candidate pipeline up to date in the ATS
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process following best practices
Support in administrative/operational/projects tasks
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ year of experience in Human Resources field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in an international environment
Excellent communications skills in English and Georgian
Proficiency in Russian is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment softwares (Recruitee, Personio, Factorial or similar)
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices (especially proficient in pipeline management and screenings)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
Internship in recruitment is a plus
