Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Recruiter, eager to advance their career in Human Resources at an international company. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a significant contribution to hiring efforts around the globe, this opportunity is waiting for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Write and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms

  • Actively source for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Conduct research on new markets to identify the best platforms for job postings

  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Keep candidates updated about the selection process

  • Keep the candidate pipeline up to date in the ATS

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process following best practices

  • Support in administrative/operational/projects tasks

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ year of experience in Human Resources field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in an international environment

  • Excellent communications skills in English and Georgian

  • Proficiency in Russian is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment softwares (Recruitee, Personio, Factorial or similar)

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices (especially proficient in pipeline management and screenings)

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field

  • Internship in recruitment is a plus
