We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Internship Junior Recruiter, eager to advance their career in Human Resources at an international company. Main Responsibilities


  • Write and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
  • Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Write candidate evaluations after interviews
  • Keep candidates updated about the selection process
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process following best practices
  • Support in administrative/operational tasks if needed
  • Market research on KZ to support hiring in the region

Job requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field at a university in Almaty.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory. An internship or coursework related to recruitment will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of ATS and recruitment software (eg, Recruitee, Personio, Factorial or similar).
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in pipeline management and screenings
