Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our student recruitment team and drive enrolments for our short courses.

This is a dual-responsibility role: you will manage a team of advisors while also meeting your own individual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C sales experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of student recruitment advisors to meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.

  • Carry personal responsibility for converting prospective students through direct outreach and consultation.

  • Set clear sales goals for the Team and monitor performance using CRM and reporting tools.

  • Support training, coaching and day-to-day development of recruitment staff.

  • Oversee the student sales pipeline, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

  • Produce and analyse reports on sales performance, conversion rates and lead quality.

  • Maintain high standards of process compliance and data accuracy within the CRM system.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with short-cycle sales, ideally within education, training or related sectors.

  • Strong Team management and coaching skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and confident working with sales data and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • Czech and English proficiency

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Desirable Experience in student recruitment or educational sales.

  • Familiarity with global learner markets
