Role Overview
This 6-week program delves into Social Media Strategy and Content Creation among other key areas, which are just a part of the diverse curriculum designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Mentor and inspire students by guiding them on developing effective social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Guide practical exercises and projects that include the creation of Social Media Campaign Plans, Content Calendars, and Performance Reviews.
- Encourage the production of engagement metrics reports, helping students analyze and refine their strategies based on real data.
- Shape the course content based on your expertise, focusing on real-world applications that are cool and accessible to the general public.
- Support and encourage students as they undergo a transformative learning journey.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow.
- Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and supportive educational atmosphere.
- Stay current with the latest development trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and methods into the syllabus.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure a seamless course experience.
Job requirements
- Proven expertise in social media marketing with significant professional experience managing social media campaigns.
- Proficient in Czech (the course will be conducted in this language), and conversational English to interact with the rest of the company.
- Experience in content creation and strategy development for various social media platforms.
- Ability to support students by helping them understand concepts and solve problems.
- Passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of people.
