Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Content Creator to join the Academy of Digital Industries in Georgia. You’ll lead the creation of engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, as well as promotional videos for our courses and masterclasses. From ideation to editing, you’ll be involved in the full creative process and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and converting learners across platforms.
Main Responsibilities
Create and edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional videos for courses, masterclasses, and platform features.
Research trends and competitors to stay ahead of platform updates and audience expectations.
Help plan and execute a monthly video content calendar that supports growth and engagement.
Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Contribute to creative ideation for integrated campaigns and launches.
Report performance metrics and insights regularly.
Job requirements
+2 years of experience in creating promotional, branded, or educational videos (not just TikTok trends).
Excellent Georgian communication skills and conversational English.
Excellent Knowledge of TikTok & IG content specifications and latest trends.
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
Understanding of storytelling for marketing.
Experience working with voiceover or subtitles is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing previous work (Mandatory).
