Role Overview

We are looking for a Zoho Solutions Specialist to join our team to optimize the use of Zoho platforms across our Sales and Marketing teams.

This role involves creating custom solutions, automating workflows, and integrating Zoho systems to improve efficiency and support team goals. A key focus will be designing and delivering hands-on training sessions to empower team members to use Zoho tools effectively in their day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Zoho functions and workflows tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.

• Guarantee the integration of Zoho applications with external tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor automating repetitive tasks using Zoho Deluge scripting, triggers, and workflow management.

• Monitor and optimize Zoho-based implementations, focusing on performance improvements, scalability, and system architecture to ensure smooth operation across departments.

• Create and deliver interactive training sessions for Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring they understand how to use Zoho tools effectively to support their daily tasks and improve productivity.

• Utilize Zoho’s capabilities in the context of A/B testing and digital marketing tools to refine processes and support data-driven decision-making.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the Zoho systems continue to meet the evolving needs of the team, offering recommendations for improvements where necessary.

• Stay updated on new Zoho features and best practices, sharing insights with the team and ensuring the platform is being used to its fullest potential.

• +3 years of proven experience in the field

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to teach and transmit knowledge

• Proven experience in developing custom functions using Deluge for Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications to address evolving business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to design, enhance, and maintain scalable Zoho-based implementations, ensuring optimal performance and efficient system architecture.

• Expertise in seamlessly integrating Zoho platforms with external applications, working collaboratively with development teams to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and custom function creation to maximize platform efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate Zoho systems with various external platforms, ensuring data synchronization and process automation.

• Proficiency in utilizing webhooks and REST APIs for real-time data synchronization and automation, including the setup of blueprints, triggers, cadences, and workflow automations.Experience in leveraging tools in the context of A/B testing and digital optimization.

• Experience in partnering with facilitators and training teams to design, create, and deliver accurate, well-structured, and actionable training materials to ensure effective user adoption of Zoho platforms.

• Zoho Certification (Optional but Preferred): Zoho Creator certification is a plus and will be highly regarded.
